It was Spring Wiggle season @PalisadesTahoe ! The Shirley Wiggle this year was long, deep, and pretty spicy at the end.<br /><br />I headed out before work to try and film the whole thing. The top section was fast and flowy. But once it tightened up I lost it. Twice. Turns out, early morning firm snow and tight trenches don’t mix well.<br /><br />Some folks call them “snakes,” but I’m firmly Team Wiggle. These long, banked turns form when spring skiers and riders carve the same line over and over. Shirley is the epicenter of the Palisades Wiggleverse, usually hosting three solid wiggles a year.
